This is a great little pan! I make breakfast sandwiches with English Muffins or bagels and this is perfect for that. Egg cooks in one round space, sausage pattie in the other, and the muffin or bagel gets toasted in the large section. If I want bacon, I cut the strips in half and cook them that way which is perfect for a sandwich.
